Second: PLEASE MAKE SURE you click on the link in the Welcome email (which gives you the confirmation of your User name and PW). The link takes you to your Member's Page. You must do that in order to activate your email on the list and be able to receive emails later on from the website, notifying you each time there is a new video and later that day sending you the relevant charts. Question: I have created an account on your website and  got the link from you,   activated it, and continued to pay. I chose to pay via Moneybookers and the SMS did not show up.  How do I verify my Credit Card with Moneybookers?

Answer:     Login to your Moneybookers account, go to 'Profile' which is on the left menu once you are logged in. Scroll down in the center until you see  'List of Credit/Debit Cards' click on 'add', next screen opens up, you fill in the info of your CC, and scroll down a bit more on the same page and you see 'Credit/debit card verification' tick the box and press the button 'add'

Once you Credit Card is verified, you should use the same activation link sent to you from my website early on in the process of registration, Clicking on that will take you again to the payment page to complete the transaction, after which you can login to my website through the Home Page.

Question: You don’t cover a market I am interested in, and I have a position in a stock that does not seem to behave right, can you help?

Answer: Yes, currently, within the limits of my time, I am able to respond to specific demands from subscribers and will do my best to cover particular markets in my videos, if not on a daily basis, as frequently as possible within the context of my work.

Question: I login and but can’t find the daily video, I also don’t know where I can get the relevant charts. Do you have an archive of videos and past charts  somewhere on the website?

Answer: Yes. When you login you need to look for the top horizontal menu, seek the extreme right tab titled 'Video  Tip', click on it and you will have a page open with a list of all the videos on the server(there is over 1 month of back videos...). They are arranged by  date, click on the date you wish to see, and give the video a minute or two to begin to upload. As the video plays you can go backwards by clicking on the bar that is just under the video screen.

You can also download many charts, again arranged by date. Once you are logged in, check the 'Download' section on the left menu on the Home page. Clicking on it will lead you to a page with sections on the top right for the latest charts, pick the range you are interested in. I  compile  my charts in Word Format
